Every day is a good day to have pancakes… especially vegan Chocolate Oat milk pancakes! We put our own little twist on this classic breakfast staple, and not to toot our own horn, but they came out scrumptious. You HAVE to try this!
There isn’t an exact science to making pancakes, and we can appreciate that everyone enjoys them a little differently. But, even if you aren’t vegan, or you’re loyal to grandma’s secret pancake recipe, you won’t be disappointed.
In fact, these will leave both you and the kiddos craving for more!
Recipe
Dry ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
Wet ingredients:
- 1 cup Chocolate Oat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- In a bowl, pour in the dry ingredients, then whisk.
- Next, pour in the wet ingredients, then whisk again.
- Set the stove to medium-high, and lightly grease the pan with coconut oil or vegan butter.
- Pour the pancake batter onto the pan.
- Once the pancake starts to bubble, you can flip it over and, tada - you’ve got a yummy breakfast!
This recipe made us 4 regular-sized pancakes, but feel free to play around with the measurements.
