Easy Vegan Almond Flour Cookies

Ingredients

2 cups blanched almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
As many chocolate chips as you like!
Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Combine all dry ingredients (almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt) in a mixing bowl
Add in all wet ingredients (vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, and maple syrup) and mix until everything is well-incorporated.
Using a tablespoon, scoop out the batter and roll into balls. Place cookie balls on a baking pan.
Flatten the cookie balls using your hands, and then pop the baking pan into the oven and bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Once done, let the cookies cool before serving.
